Our story begins in Barcelona, Spain, where Juan's grandmother and father owned and operated a traditional churrería. As a young boy, Juan spent countless hours there, helping the family and learning firsthand the craft, dedication, and passion behind authentic churros.

Those early experiences created a lifelong appreciation for the traditions that make churros more than just a dessert. They became a symbol of family, community, and shared moments.
